Alena Vasicek serves as the Registrar and Records Administrator for the Russian Salon Dog Club of America. In this role, she prepares official pedigrees and maintains accurate registration records on behalf of the Club.
Dual Foreign Registration
Dual Foreign Registration is available for Russian Salon Dogs already registered with an accepted foreign or FCI-recognized registry.
Requirements
The following are required for Dual Foreign Registration:
- A copy of the dog’s official 3-generation pedigree from an FCI-recognized registry
- Permanent microchip identification
- A DNA Profile completed through DDC Diagnostics
- Fee $55.00
Important Information
- All Dual Foreign Registrations require DNA profiling through DDC Diagnostics.
- Once approved, each dog will be issued an official 3-generation pedigree from the Russian Salon Dog Registry of America (RSDRA).
Litter Registration
Litter Registration is available for litters produced from eligible registered parents.
Additional litter registration requirements and submission forms will be provided by the RSDRA Registrar.
Requirements
The sire and dam must both be registered with the Russian Salon Dog Registry of America prior to litter registration.
Fee: $40.00 Per Litter
Puppy Registration Process
- Each puppy in the litter will be issued an individual puppy registration card.
- The breeder will provide the puppy card to the new owner.
- The new owner must complete and submit the puppy card to the RSDRA along with the required registration fee.
- Once processed, an official RSDRA pedigree will be issued and mailed to the owner.
Change in Registration Status
The Russian Salon Dog Registry of America (RSDRA) offers Change in Status processing for currently registered dogs. This service allows breeders or owners to update a dog’s registration designation from:
- Pet
- Limited
- Breeding
Fee
$35.00 per dog
Important Requirements
- This service is for currently registered RSDRA dogs only.
- This service is not for new puppy registrations or new owners registering a puppy for the first time.
- All dogs registered with the RSDRA are required to have permanent microchip identification.
Breeding Rights Status Changes
Additional requirements apply when requesting a change to breeding status.
Male Dogs
For males being upgraded to breeding status, the following are required:
- Proof of DNA Profile
- Microchip verification
These documents must be submitted to the RSDRA prior to breeding rights approval. Obtaining and submitting these documents is the responsibility of the owner.
Application Review Policy
Once submitted to the RSDRA, all applications, forms, and supporting documents become the property of the Russian Salon Dog Registry of America.
The RSDRA reserves the right to inspect and review all submitted applications and documentation. Any application or supporting documentation determined to be inaccurate, altered, misleading, or not authentic may result in denial of registration or status change.
Payment
Payment for Change in Status applications may be submitted through PayPal using the payment link provided by the RSDRA.
